All appraisal assignments will be paid in full prior to the completion of the appraisal report. If you are paying with a credit or debit card, we ask that you make payment prior to the site visit. These payments can be made online across this website or over the phone. If you are paying with a check, money order or cash, payment will be collected at the time of the site visit (when the appraiser visits the home).
We understand needing to cancel an appraisal - things happen. However, appraisal orders do require administrative overhead and time so we ask that if you need to cancel an appraisal, please let us know as soon as possible. For cancellations that take place prior to the site visit, there will be no fee. Missed appointments without rescheduling will be subject to a $100 trip fee to cover the appraiser's time and travel costs. There are no cancellations after the appraiser has completed the site visit.
An appraisal is an appraiser’s opinion of value based upon his or her research. All our appraisers are certified by the state of Texas and have a minimum of 5 years experience performing real estate appraisals. If you disagree with the value of an appraisal we will review the report and any supporting data you provide; however, under no circumstances can completed orders be refunded.
This website does not automatically collect any personally identifiable information. If you complete a form located on this website, the information you submit is transmitted via email to our staff but it is not stored on a web server. We do not sell or share of your information with any 3rd parties unless required to do so by law. Since this site does not store data, you do not need to worry about any personal information being accessible.
Our site does make use of analytical programs which collect general information about your visit to your site such as the amount of time you spend viewing pages, what pages you viewed, your general location in the world, etc. We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer our website, track your use, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.
To ensure you receive the most accurate quote, each potential appraisal assignment is reviewed individually by our staff. Our quoted fee will depend on several factors including complexity of the assignment, intended use, as well as property and market area specifics. By following this process we are able to offer very competitive fees to the general public and real estate professionals alike.
